Michael is a pre-licensed therapist with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Dedicated to helping others thrive, he brings over a decade of clinical, educational, and nonprofit experience. He's also serving as Director of Family Ministries at Motivation Church in Holbrook, MA.  

Mark is an entrepreneurial senior business leader, and through his work in the American Red Cross BioMed division, he has developed a passion for working to improve the lives of those living with Sickle Cell Disease. Through his oversight of Boston area blood drives, he is working to educate and work with the Black and African American communities to facilitate growth in blood donor participation.

Dr. Peter Blain, DNP, MSN, RN, is a Boston native and dedicated advocate for sickle cell disease. With a strong background in oncology nursing, he now works in biotech to expand access to personalized cancer care.

Minister Tiffany J. Marshall, She is the founder of L.I.F.E. 617 Inc., owner of Nectar Lab Boston, and serves in ministry at Motivation Church while also volunteering in hospice care and advocating for Sickle Cell Warriors

Cherrelle Esekie is an HR professional, Sickle Cell Warrior, and believer in the power of possibility. Her personal and professional journey has shaped her commitment to creating spaces where people can advocate for themselves, pursue meaningful careers, and build lives that are not simply manageable, but genuinely fulfilling.

Marshea is a highly organized and mission-driven administrative professional with a passion for social justice, youth empowerment, and the field of law. She is dedicated to building thoughtful systems that enable people and programs to thrive.
